No. SheetPort is an independent product, not affiliated with or endorsed by Klaviyo. It talks to your account through Klaviyo's public API with an API key you create and can revoke at any time.

No. Data flows directly between Klaviyo and your Google Sheet, inside your Google account. Our servers never receive your Klaviyo data or your API key — they only store license keys and anonymous usage counters. We never use your data to train AI models. Full details in the Privacy Policy.

A Klaviyo Private API key with read access to Campaigns, Flows, Metrics, Lists and Profiles. Add write access to Profiles and Lists only if you use write-back. Step-by-step in the docs.

Click Disconnect in the sidebar — your API key is deleted immediately from the add-on's storage. You can also revoke the key in Klaviyo at any time. Your synced sheets are yours to keep or delete.

Klaviyo's reporting API is heavily rate-limited (their limit, not ours), so a full report sync can take a couple of minutes while SheetPort waits between requests. Very large profile lists sync in chunks and continue automatically until done — leave the sheet open and it will finish.

Make sure you created a Private key (starts with pk_) and granted the scopes above. Public keys and keys without scopes can't read your account.

Refresh the browser tab after installing. If it still doesn't show, your Workspace admin may need to approve the add-on for your domain.
