What we access

SheetPort connectors are Google Sheets add-ons. With your authorization, a connector accesses only the spreadsheet where you use it (scope: spreadsheets.currentonly) in order to write synced data and read the rows you choose to push back. Your third-party API credentials (e.g. your Klaviyo private API key) are stored in your own Google account's user properties — they never reach our servers.

How data flows

Syncs run inside Google Apps Script on your Google account. Data moves directly between your SaaS account and your spreadsheet. Our servers never receive, process or store your SaaS data or spreadsheet contents. We store only: an anonymous installation identifier, plan/license status, and aggregate usage counts.

What we do NOT do

We do not store, sell, or share your business data.
We do not use your data to train AI models.
We do not read anything outside the spreadsheet where you run the add-on.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Data retention & deletion

Usage counters expire automatically within 60 days. To delete your license record or ask anything about your data, contact [email protected].

SheetPort's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
